ABOUT

Lexie is a director based in the North West. She aims to create new and visually interesting ways to tell theatrical stories, and her directing style is to design a concept for a show that makes the audience as well as the actors part of the world created. She directs in a wide range of genres, from comedies to thrillers (though she has a particular love for the comedic!), and loves working with new writing. Lexie is passionate about working with and  promoting regional voices, especially those from Cumbria, wherever possible in her work.

The company has toured the North of England performing at a variety of venues including Durham Cathedral, The National Centre for the Written Word and Blackpool’s Winter Gardens.  The company has been commissioned three times by the National Time to Read Campaign to create bespoke site specific literary murder mystery productions to tour Northern Libraries.
